the holidays are finally here! i am so relieved to finally have a break after 10 straight weeks of working. i presume its not so much the physicality of it all but all the emotions that have been drained out of me. the moment i cannot feel apathetic is when i know that i need a break. and the kids have been in a pressure-cooker so hopefully they come back ready and prepared to mug for promos.
the holidays look promising... there's the flea markets, the plays, manifestasi, langkawi, i cannot wait. lets not forget the amount of tv and sleep i can catch up on!
stagnation isn't a good thing. so as much as i will miss the safe sanctuary school has offered me, after being a student for 2 years and a teacher for 6 months, its time to move on to something bigger. i still have two months left, so lets hope those two are the best i've had so far.
p.s. i have a feeling my school life is going to be a lot more tolerable in term 3! ;)
